6.  Validation: 2 x LoD (low positives) and 10 x LoD (high positives) virus samples for 56 hours ( 40℃ for 12 hours, then 32℃ for 42 hours) in this product can be detected by RT-PCR.

AMIES  Medium（NEW）
NEST disposable sampler (AMIES) is a collection and transport system which is used for aerobic, anaerobic and fastidious bacteria. In addition, NEST disposable sampler (AMIES) can be used for nucleic acid test of bacteria.


1.  Simplify specimen collection, transport and processing.

2.  Fewer samples need to be collected offering a more comfortable experience.

3.  Better preservation ability: the colony number of samples was reduced by no more than 1.5log10 after preservation for 48h.

UTM  Medium（NEW）


1.  Simplify specimen collection, transport and processing.

2.  Used for collection, storage and transportation of viruses, bacteria, chlamydiae, mycoplasma and ureaplasma. The specimen transported in the universal transport media can be used in the laboratory to perform pathogen isolation and detection.

3.  Disposable use


Storage and Transport Temperature Requirement
This product could be transported at ambient temperature. Ensure samples collected are store between 2 degrees and 8 degrees Celsius, and transport to the laboratory within 48 hours. Please store the samples at minus 70 degrees Celsius if cannot transport to the laboratory within 48 hours. Please examine, inoculate or separate the sample as soon as possible after being sent to the laboratory. Those that can be inoculated or separated within 48 hours can be stored at 4 degrees Celsius. Those that cannot be inoculated or separated within 48 hours should be stored at minus 70 degrees Celsius.

Oropharyngeal Specimen Collection Swab:
Ø  Gently insert swab into back of the throat and tonsillar area.
Ø  Rub the swab over both tonsillar pillars and the posterior oropharynx, avoid touching the tongue, teeth and gums.



Nasopharyngeal Specimen Collection Swab:
Ø  With the patient seated, if possible, tilt the head back 70 degrees.
Ø  Gently insert swab into the nostril along the septum floor of the nose extending straight back until the posterior nasopharynx is reached (distance from nostrils to external opening of ear).
Ø  Rotate the swab several times while the swab is in contact with the nasopharyngeal wall.
